Ingredients: (for 4)
4 quail eggs
salt
pepper
1 pack of bioeko organic sesame crackers
Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 2 minutes
Procedure
Fill a pan with enough cold water to cover the eggs. Heat the water till it’s close to boiling, then carefully drop in the eggs, cooking them for two minutes. Remove the eggs with a slotted spoon and transfer them to an ice bath. Let the eggs sit until they are cool enough to hold in your hand. Crack the shell on a hard surface and return the eggs to the ice bath until they are easy to peel. Peel the eggs, rinse them and cut them in half.
Serve with a sprinkle of salt and pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, try them with our bioeko sesame crackers!
